Lebogang had suffered severe meningitis in the year 2024 which resulted in her getting a VP shunt to help with the pressure in the brain (a tube inserted in the brain till the stomach to drain the fluid),she also got epilepsy in the process.

She recovered well and went back to school till last year from January she was always vomiting, no apetite, weak.

We frequented hospital without them detecting anything whatsoever, till finally a scan located a growth in the brain-biopsy revealed a brain tumour specified as a rare and dangerous brain cancer called Medullo Blastoma stage 4.

Our lifes changed for the worst with her Father occasionally driving the grandparents taxi sometimes and I, the mother as a student.

She lost mobility from the waist area till the legs resulting in her being on nappies and a wheelchair.

I had to drop out when I saw that we constantly in hospital and it was all new to us.

We still attend Pyschiotherapy, Occupational therapy and checkups at hospital.

Her health is stable for now but she has no balance of the back, both left and right sides and the head and neck, resulting in her having to use a transporter rather than normal wheelchair.

The wheelchair (transporter) constantly gets damaged on the wheels and they need to be changed.

She needs adult nappies, wipes, toiletries (non-scented soap and aqeuos most times),matress protector, washing powder cause sometimes she vomits and messes her clothes.
